I have been communicating with Vogar Nuenz for the past week about an x1. I told him i will be coming down on the weekend to buy the car. He told me down he sold the car on my way down. He did not care nor did the managers of the store. All they said we can let you know anything comes in. DO NOT BUY cars from here or give them any business with them! BE AWARE! STAY AWAY!

Our salesman Aaron was great to work with but the managers and business office were AWFUL! We purchased the vehicle and they wouldn’t give it to us for 10 days because we wrote a check. A manager named Mike treated us like we were garbage. I expected better from a BMW dealership. It felt like we were at a shady used car dealership and they were just messing with us. The customer service is a complete joke. Take your car somewhere else. Worst quality of service and slow and entitled attitude. There are a lot of BMWs in the area, so they are busy, but beyond a convenient location, they have nothing to offer. Poor attitude from the service department and gross incompetence when it comes to fulfilling simple requests. Avoid them.

He along with Manager Mike Reade made this experience quite different and relaxing. Bought a CPO car online, got all the paperwork sent to me by fedex, and same day I got the paperwork, they called me to tell me they had sold the car to someone else "by mistake". They just left the car advertised all weekend before even sending the paperwork to see if they could sell it locally and for more money even though I asked them to take it off the listing. Whoever bought this car, you got ripped off, and you took a sold car from a dishonest company. Shame on you to sell BMW's.

Hello, Just purchased a certified pre owned bmw from you guys yesterday and when I got home I realized the detailing people chipped some paint from the hood and I want to go back as soon as possible and have that touched up somehow.

Purchased car at another Dealership but had small technical problem and went to Sterling Dealership and met Adam. Couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Solved our problem and answered some of my many questions about our new car. More recently my wife b. Backed into another vehicle and Damaged the back sensor. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Called and was able to book a next day Service appointment including vehicle pick up and delivery. The pick up was punctual and contactless. I received a text with a video of inspection concerns from the technician. I had never even heard of such a thing, but what a wonderful touch!! A kind phone call to let us know what the issue was and advising that the repair had already been complete. We will definitely be lifelong customers with Sterling BMWs service that goes over and above! Thank you so much!

Too expensive for a minor repair service here. The estimated cost for a replacement of the blower motor housing cover was 180.00 dollars, the final cost on the invoice was 436.00 dollars. Part cost only about 39.00 dollars.
