Steve started selling cars in Rhode Island in 1977, opened his own Pre-Owned lot in 1981, and made the move to California in 1985. Pre-Owned is his passion. Steve has achieved BMW's Highest Award in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and was ranked in 3rd in the U.S. for overall performance.

Larry entered the parts business in 1976 at Newport Imports which stood where Sterling BMW's Pre-owned Sales Department stands today. He joined Sterling in 1986 as our Assistant Parts Manager and has served as our Parts Manager since 1989.

Brent started with BMW in 1989 as a Parts Delivery driver for BMW in Southern California. Since then, he has worked to serve customers behind the Parts counter of several BMW dealers, until 1996 when he arrived at Sterling BMW to act as our Assistant Parts Manager.

Ken joined Sterling BMW in 2004, and is our in house Dinan Performance Specialist. He started working with BMW in 1986 as a parts manager. Since then has worked in Parts & Service for several dealerships, and helped open one of the largest independent BMW shops in Orange County.

Shay began at Sterling BMW in 2008, serving as a BMW parts runner and stocker while attending high school. After graduation he began training in different areas of our Parts department. A bright young man, Shay showed drive and picked up his new responsibilities quickly. Shay has been working full time behind our BMW Parts retail counter since September of 2010.
