Steve was recently promoted to the position of General Sales Manager, and has achieved BMW's Highest Award in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011, and has been ranked 3rd in the U.S. for overall performance.

Ken joined Sterling BMW in 2004, and is our in house Dinan Performance Specialist. He started working with BMW in 1986 as a parts manager. Since then has worked in Parts & Service for several dealerships, and helped open one of the largest independent BMW shops in Orange County.

Shay began at Sterling BMW in 2008, serving as a BMW parts runner and stocker while attending high school. After graduation he began training in different areas of our Parts department. A bright young man, Shay showed drive and picked up his new responsibilities quickly. Shay has been working full time behind our BMW Parts retail counter since September of 2010.
