At Sterling BMW, you can expect three things: Sterling Selection, Sterling Price, and Sterling Staff. But don't take our word for it. Take a look at some of our clients' experiences below.

Beck H.
This past Monday, I boarded a plane and flew 3,000 miles to finally meet my new M3 at Sterling. After months of debating what to buy and test driving many a car in the Boston area, I settled on a BMW. I was frustrated with the Boston dealerships and venting to a CA based friend (one of your former customers) who offered to make a call and introduce me to "someone who would make sure I had a good experience buying my first BMW." The next thing I knew, my friend forwarded me an email from
Justin with some options and rough pricing - along with a genuine offer to help me find just the car I wanted. I'm not sure if Justin knew just what he was signing up for when he made that offer, but he has absolutely delivered. :)
Justin patiently traded emails and phone calls with me over the next week. "Do I get the DCT or the manual? Why? Jerez or jet black? Do I really need the satellite radio? What about European delivery?" ... and on and on I harassed him with my questions. Despite never having met and me living 3,000 miles away, Justin quickly earned my trust and respect with his willingness to help and his knowledge of every detail of the M3. He went out of his way to find dealerships in the Boston area that had a DCT and a manual so that I could drive them and compare for myself - dealerships that would put their best foot forward and try to sell me the car themselves. I visited three BMW dealers within miles of my house and made the decision that I would rather buy my M from Sterling, straight across the country.
With that, we customized the car to my exact specifications, ordered and started counting down the days. Justin kept me up to date on the build and put up with my excited pestering throughout the 2 month build. My order was far from straight forward - I didn't want to pay CA sales tax or register it there, I needed it shipped to MA and we have one of the most unique registration processes in the country, oh - and can I please have the car before the New Year? Justin worked the phones, calling my insurance agent, talking to the Sterling DMV agent, securing a shipper, and reassuring me all the while that we would get everything in order. His commitment to making my purchase easy and enjoyable was above and beyond anything I have experienced before.
Monday night, I hopped off the plane at LAX, raced down to Sterling and around 11pm, I was outside Sterling admiring my very first BMW! It was parked, of course, in a readily accessible, well lit, covered spot that Justin left it in for me, knowing I couldn't wait til morning to see it. A test drive in the rain the next morning, a detailed look at all the features with Justin, a simple purchase process and it was mine! I had to say goodbye to my M3 and leave it with Justin to get loaded on the truck and on it's final trek to it's new Boston home. I can't wait for it's arrival on Friday!
I can't tell you how many people thought I was nuts buying a car from a dealer across the country when there were multiple down the street, but I know it was absolutely the right decision. Justin has been a pleasure to work with every step of the way and I am delighted to have had the opportunity to purchase my BMW from him and Sterling. Thanks for all that you do to manage a great dealership and a great team!

I just purchased a pre-owned 2011 X5 and was amazed by the professional and courteous staff at Sterling BMW. My client advisor was Steve Turner and he helped me get my car for the price I wanted with extra bells & whistles to boot! I compared prices with multiple dealerships and Sterling had the best best selection with the best price. I highly recommend going to Sterling for your BMW needs.

My wife and I visited this dealership after seeing a used vehicle on their website.
We have been to, what seems to be too many dealership in the last few months and we weren't looking forward to another trip to one. We hate the dishonesty and the hard sales approach at auto dealerships.
Well, I'm here to say that is not the case here.
We dealt with a few people there, as they all worked together to get us in and out in no time. Keith was our main contact, as well as Mike and Bob.  We test drove the vehicle, loved it, Keith sat us down to gather our information together and in no more than 30 minutes we sat down with Alice in Finance.  We weren't in her office for more than 15 minutes before we were completely done!
That's it?!  I couldn't believe how easy and painless that was.
Upon existing Alice's office, Keith was standing there, keys in hand, in front of our new vehicle as it had just be detailed and washed for us to take possession of.
Wow, what a wonderful experience.  Most people have bad experiences at dealerships.  Some come to expect it to be a necessary evil like going to the Dentist.
But this was a WONDERFUL experience.
I highly, HIGHLY recommend them and they have most certainly earned a customer for life!
Thanks guys!

This is strictly regarding the Service Dept.
I am 100% completely satisfied with Sterling BMW. After hearing about all the horror stories about BMW dealerships around Socal I was willing to drive as far as I needed to to get my car serviced.
Once I read about how bad ALL the dealerships are around LA, I ended up driving 35 miles to get to Newport Beach (used to live in Walnut) as this was the best rated dealership online. Upon arriving at the Service Department I noticed how busy they were. There were so many cars lined up I knew I had a long wait coming.
My first time there I think I had my Service 1 on my Z4. It was covered under warranty and I left happy. Second time I think there was some issue with high beams not working. They couldn't diagnose anything at first, but as I was about to leave the left headlight wouldn't even turn on. They quickly took it back to the technician and they replaced my HID bulb. Haven't had a problem since.
Even though the dealership is quite small and not the prettiest looking one (ie Irvine BMW), they have the customer service and that's what really matters. I'd highly recommend them as I've had a great experience with them, especially Danny my service adviser. Great guy!

My wife and I have been looking for a CPO 528i.   We are from Northern California.  While visiting south, we saw the ad for a car that me our specific requirements for mileage, cost, color, year at Sterling.  We inspected and test drove the car and decided on the purchase the next day.  The paperwork was all handled remotely and smoothly.  The car is the cleanest I have seen for the year.  Van, our salesman, handled all our needs.  We are happy with the purchase and feel we were treated fairly. The used car inventory at Sterling BMW is outstanding.

I can't imagine a more perfect car buying experience, or a friendlier staff. I worked out most of the deal via email and over the phone, then went to the dealer and sat down for a few minutes, took one for a drive...by the time I came back, I had secured the deal for 0.9% financing. The 125i coupe took about a month longer to arrive than what they stated upon order, but that actually worked out better for me.

Have purchased 5 cars from this dealership. The BMW service agreement can't be beat--fun, high end cars and essentially free service--wow! Our experiences with the service department are so positive that it would be "gushing" to go further. Ask for Oliver when purchasing or setting up service and he will get you on track with the best people to suit your needs.
